Welcome to my blog. This is where I'll be doing updates regularly about my AS Media coursework, in which I will be creating a college music magazine. I have to make a front cover, contents and a double page spread of an artist of my choice.
For the planning and research section of my coursework I will:
- Focus on researching into similar products and a potential target audience.
- The organisation of actors, locations, costumers or props.
- Work on shot lists, layouts, drafting, scripting or story boarding.
- Care in the presentation of the research and planning.
- Time management.
For the practical element, I will be marked on some aspects like framing a shot, selecting mise-en-scene and loads more. For my evaluation I will be marked on some aspects like understanding of issues around audience, institution, technology, representation, forms and conventions in relation to production and more. I will aim to reach these objectives by following this.
